Welcome to the Classical Brigade blog! Named after Georges-Auguste Escoffier’s reorganization of the kitchen. I named it so because I have yet to learn my place in the culinary world. So far I want to learn it all and do it all, but hopefully after a year and a half I should have figured out were it is I want to be.
